Our property management service allows you the peace of mind knowing that your property is being well looked after. We'll make sure your property remains in a good state of repair, rent is collected on time and much more.
Marketing
We market your property on our website and 25+ others, including Rightmove, FreshRent & Zoopla.
Viewings
We show potential tenants your property, walking them round and highlighting the best features.
Applications
Tenants are invited to apply for a tenancy at your property, we process the applications and complete right to rent checks.
Guarantors
We contact the guarantors and create a guarantor agreement. We collect ID, bank details and proof of address,
Tenancies
We prepare the Tenancy Agreement and arrange for the students to sign. (51 weeks is our standard tenancy length)
Deposits
7 Days before the tenancy start date we collect the deposits from the tenants and register them on your behalf with The DPS.
Rent & Payment Schedules
7 Days before the tenancy commencement we collect the 1st months rent - Transfer it to you and create a payment schedule.
Inventory & Safety Checks
We visit the property to complete a full photo inventory, documenting the state and condition of the property and contents.
Key Exchange
We provide the tenants with their keys for the tenancy, all safety documents for the house as well as the inventory
Marketing
We list your property on over 25 websites, including our own which is #1 Google Ranked. We work closely with Rightmove, Zoopla, Pads4Students, FreshRent & many others to ensure maximum exposure for your property
Cloud Management.
We use our own bespoke cloud management system, providing you 24/7 access to your property data wherever you are. The client dashboard allows you to chat directly with your account manager see all Viewings, Inspections, Tennant Feedback, Tenancies, Safety Certificates, Rent Accounts and much more.
